How long does the order processing take?

We warehouse and fulfill our items through a variety of fulfillment centers across the U.S. When an order comes through it will get shipped from the closest distribution center to the customer.  This means orders usually arrive in 2-4 business days.

STANDARD delivery (2-4 Business Days) - $2.95

Our standard delivery service includes continental United States excluding Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, DPO. 

• The delivery charge is $2.95 per order. 
• Orders over $20.00 will be sent by Standard Delivery free of charge.  

How do I return my order?

At TagBand®, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy. You have 60 days to return your order if it's not what you expected.

To return your product, please get in touch with us at info@tagband.com, please make sure to include your order number. You'll receive a free label to return your item(s) to us. Once received back, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Received the wrong item? No problem, just let us know and we'll take care of it. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If you received a faulty item, rest assured that we take quality seriously. Though it doesn't happen often, we're only human and mistakes can happen. We'll do everything we can to make it right for you.
